Studio Geld is the creation of Emily O'Brien, a Naarm / Melbourne based artist. She creates manifestations for good fortune, and sometimes offers a humorous critique on society, history and personal experience.
Emily's practice is multi disciplinary, which has encompassed film, sculpture, design, installation, and performance art.
In 2005 she graduated from a BA (Fine Art with Honours) at ANU Canberra School of Art and later studied at RMIT and Melbourne Polytechnic. Prior to this she graduated from Interior Design at the University of Canberra.
Emily O'Brien has had her works aquired by the National Gallery of Australia and she has exhibited and performed both nationally and internationally.
